Our Leadership Day is to be held on Saturday, May 17th (from 8 AM - 3 PM) with an optional fellowship dinner the evening before on the 16th at 7 PM.
We will be emphasizing discipleship and making effective disciples and being effective disciples in our churches.
This gathering will take place in Mid-town Houston at the First Evangelical Lutheran Church, 1311 Holman Street. This beautiful church is the current home for Missio Dei, a church plant for the diocese led by The Rev’d Deacon Mark Ball.
The event will be a time of learning, sharing, and equipping for every leader (lay and clergy) in our diocese. Our keynote speaker will be Bishop Terrell Glenn who is a church planter, apostolic leader and visionary for the church today. Please invite other servant leaders from your church to this event and plan to be blessed by this investment of time!
