Cost is $255 per man includes all meals / snacks plus lodging.

Registration cutoff is September 25.

• The Lutherhill facility’s lodging is 2, 3 and 4 person rooms.

  • The new Retreat Center offers ‘hotel quality’ rooms with two queen beds per room plus bathroom. (10 rooms / 20 beds available)

  • The other lodging is in converted multi-bedroom houses (2 or 3 beds per bedroom) and ‘Casitas’ (individual buildings recently updated with four twin beds).

• Currently, we have lodging available for 59 attendees, so it will be important to register early. As you register you can indicate whether you want the Retreat Center, a house bedroom or a casita. We’ll accommodate your selection, availability permitting.

• We will take stand-by registrations after we reach the limit and will then work with the facility to get additional lodging (if available).
